Pineapple Chicken Legs

Ingredients
- Servings: 4
- 4 chicken legs with thigh
- 1 teaspoon vegetable oil
- 1/3 cup chopped onion
- 1 cup crushed pineapple, unsweetened with juice
- 1/4 cup raisins or 1/4 cup currants
- 1/3 cup prepared orange juice, unsweetened
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
- 1/8 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
Recipe
- 1 remove skin from chicken.
- 2 pat dry with paper towel.
- 3 brush with cooking oil.
- 4 brown under broiler.
- 5 place in small roaster.
- 6 stir remaining 7 ingredients together in bowl.
- 7 pour over chicken, cover.
- 8 cook in 350 degree oven for about 1 to 1 1/2 hours until tender.
