Mushroom Sauce

Total Time: 20 mins Preparation Time: 5 mins Cook Time: 15 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 6
  • 1/4 cup minced onion
  • 3 tablespoons cooking oil
  • 3 tablespoons flour
  • 1 1/2 cups chicken broth
  • 1 (6 ounce) can mushrooms, drained

Recipe

  • 1 saute onion in oil until golden.
  • 2 add flour and blend to a smooth paste.
  • 3 gradually add broth,while stirring.
  • 4 cook, stirring, until sauce thickens.
  • 5 add mushrooms and simmer gently until heated through.
