Parsley Potatoes

Total Time: 30 mins Preparation Time: 10 mins Cook Time: 20 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 6
  • 2 lbs red potatoes, washed and cubed
  • 1/4 cup fresh parsley, chopped
  • 4 cloves fresh garlic, chopped
  • 1 chicken bouillon cube
  • 1/4 cup water
  • 1 tablespoon butter
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil

Recipe

  • 1 boil cubed potatoes about 20 minutes (don't overcook), drain in a saucepan, mix 1/4 cup water with chicken cube, garlic, chopped parsley, butter and olive oil bring to a boil and cook for 2 minutes pour mixture over drained potatoes and stir to mix.
