Parsley Potatoes

Ingredients

- 2 lbs red potatoes, washed and cubed
- 1/4 cup fresh parsley, chopped
- 4 cloves fresh garlic, chopped
- 1 chicken bouillon cube
- 1/4 cup water
- 1 tablespoon butter
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
Recipe
- 1 boil cubed potatoes about 20 minutes (don't overcook), drain in a saucepan, mix 1/4 cup water with chicken cube, garlic, chopped parsley, butter and olive oil bring to a boil and cook for 2 minutes pour mixture over drained potatoes and stir to mix.
