Lemon Rosemary Chicken

Total Time: 40 mins Preparation Time: 15 mins Cook Time: 25 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 4
  • 1 -2 lb boneless chicken breast
  • 3 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 3 tablespoons butter (i used smart balance margarine)
  • salt
  • pepper
  • rosemary

Recipe

  • 1 preheat oven to 350.
  • 2 melt butter in oven safe skillet.
  • 3 brown chicken on both sides
  • 4 salt and pepper chicken and squeeze a little lemon juice on each side when you add salt and pepper.
  • 5 once browned place sprigs of fresh rosemary on top of each chicken breast and add all lemon juice to meat and place in oven.
  • 6 cook 15 minutes turn meat and replace rosemary on top.
  • 7 cook 10 minutes more or until done.
  • 8 enjoy!
