Ingredients

- 2 1/2-3 lbs frying chicken
- 1 cup salad oil
- 1/2 cup lemon juice
- 1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
- 2 teaspoons oregano
- 2 1/2 tablespoons paprika
- 2 tablespoons salt
- 2 teaspoons pepper
Recipe
- 1 combine marinade and mix well.
- 2 place chicken in baking dish or in a ziplock bag
- 3 add marinade.
- 4 marinade 2 hours in fridge, turning every 1/2 hour.
- 5 place chicken on grill and baste frequently with marinade.
