Patio Chicken

Total Time: 30 mins Preparation Time: 10 mins Cook Time: 20 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 6
  • 2 1/2-3 lbs frying chicken
  • 1 cup salad oil
  • 1/2 cup lemon juice
  • 1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
  • 2 teaspoons oregano
  • 2 1/2 tablespoons paprika
  • 2 tablespoons salt
  • 2 teaspoons pepper

Recipe

  • 1 combine marinade and mix well.
  • 2 place chicken in baking dish or in a ziplock bag
  • 3 add marinade.
  • 4 marinade 2 hours in fridge, turning every 1/2 hour.
