Kota Riganati - Greek Oregano Baked Chicken

Total Time: 14 hrs Preparation Time: 12 hrs Cook Time: 2 hrs

Ingredients

  • Servings: 6
  • 3 lbs chicken pieces
  • 1/3 cup olive oil
  • 4 tablespoons melted butter
  • 1/3 cup lemon juice
  • 2 garlic cloves, crushed
  • 1 tablespoon dried oregano
  • 2 tablespoons salt
  • 1 teaspoon pepper
  • 4 large potatoes, peeled and sliced

Recipe

  • 1 mix all ingredients except potatoes with chicken and place in a plastic bag and marinate overnight in the refrigerator.
  • 2 bake chicken uncovered at 425 f until slightly browned.
  • 3 add potatoes, cover with foil and bake at 325 f for 1 hour to 1 1/2 hours.
