Ingredients

- 1/4 cup maple syrup
- 1/4 cup orange marmalade
- 1 tablespoon mustard
- 1 teaspoon parsley flakes
- 1 lb chicken breast
Recipe
- 1 in a frying pan, with 2 tblspns. olive oil, fry the chicken breasts until almost done and nice and browned.
- 2 stir together above first four ingredients and glaze the breasts in the pan for about 5 to 8 minutes and serve.
