Orange-glazed Chicken Tenders By Mr. Food

Ingredients

  • Servings: 4
  • 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
  • 1 lb chicken tenders
  • 2 tablespoons flour
  • 2 green onions, sliced
  • 1 garlic clove, minced
  • 3/4 cup orange juice
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce

Recipe

  • 1 heat oil in a large skillet over high heat until hot. while skillet heats dredge chicken tenders in flour. add chicken to hot skillet and cook 4 minutes or until browned, turning once. remove chicken from skillet.
  • 2 reduce heat to medium-high; add green onions and garlic; cook, stirring constantly, 30 seconds. add orange juice and soy sauce to skillet; bring to a boil. cook, stirring constantly, 2 minutes or until mixture thickens slightly.
  • 3 return chicken to skillet; simmer 2 minutes or until chicken is thoroughly heated. serve.
